What Does a Marketing & Outreach Analyst Do?
As a Marketing & Outreach Analyst, you will be a key player in expanding LectureLogger’s presence and enhancing its adoption among faculty at your university.
Your responsibilities will include:
Identifying and engaging 3-5 faculty members weekly who could benefit from LectureLogger’s attendance tracking solutions, with more frequent outreach in the two weeks before and after the semester begins.
Sharing marketing materials through emails, office hours visits, and brief class mentions.
Distributing promotional flyers and digital content strategically across campus.
Providing weekly updates through brief feedback forms about your outreach activities.
Time commitment varies, but is expected to be 2-4 hours per week during most of the academic year. For the first few weeks of the semester, time commitment will be higher as we reach out to customers.
You may also choose to:
Represent LectureLogger at student fairs, campus events, or club meetings.
Refer and recruit peers to join the Analyst cohort.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
We are looking for students who are:
Undergraduate students at U.S. universities and community colleges
Preference will be given to students at Texas-based schools, including SMU, TCU, and Baylor
Majoring in Marketing, Business, Entrepreneurship, Communications, or similar fields.
Comfortable interacting with professors and peers.
Ambitious, organized, and eager to develop professional experience.
Involved in student leadership or campus activities, such as business fraternities, honors programs, or student government.
